A’Legends Sponsors Talent Contest in JA

A’ Legends, a name which nobody easily forgets, will be presenting 2 trophies at the finals of T. Flex Karaoke and Talent Contest. This, to be held Saturday, March 25th at Symphony Complex, 1c May Pen, Spanish Town.
“These two trophies will be presented to the Best Dress Male and Female, because I believe we should all support events which will improve our standard of living.
“As a fashion designer, I love to see people looking good when they step out. You must be noticeable and so one gotta look sharp “.
The Philadelphia-based fashionista adds that, “it is a pleasure donating for Jamaica because it is such a wonderful place, with so many talented people. We have to help to harness and expose young talents, just as we have done in the case of athletes Usain Bolt, Shelly-Ann-Fraser Pryce and others.
“These trophies will represent a life-time achievement and can last for hundreds of years. So, whoever wins must learn to give back to society. And, there are so many ways to do so. And, this is my way”.
À’ Legends, born Jenelle Alexia, is of Jamaican parentage.
“Let me say this to everyone. As a child, I wanted to be a fashion designer and I prepared myself for that moment for people to say, Jenelle, you have made it.”
She began to draw items with her pencil and paper, moving from that stage to her À’ Legends brand which include sweat suits, T-shirts, handbags, caps and shorts, along with a wide range of cosmetic products.
