LOVE FM COLLEEN BECKLES AWARDED HONORARY DOCTORATE

June 15, 2022 | Colin O. Jarrett |  Veteran Broadcaster of over 30 years and General Manager of the leading gospel radio station in Jamaica LOVE 101FM Colleen Beckles is the recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Sacred Music.

The award was bestowed on Mrs COLLEEN BECKLES on June 11 by the Emet Global Theological Seminary and College at The Marrietta, Georgia, USA and broadcasted via social media platform.

Mrs Beckles is known in broadcasting for developing the minds of all ages especially children with a programme called “The Small People Show”.

The Honorary Doctorate in Sacred Music is awarded to persons engaged in church music ministries such as a music missionary, religious radio broadcaster, promoter and artiste.

Dr Nadine Blair of Love 101 and General Manager of Northern Caribbean University Media Group Dr Arnold Kelly received their honorary titles in December 2021.
