OTTAWA, Ontario (AP) _ Mike Hoffman scored twice and Craig Anderson stopped 34 shots to lead Ottawa over Minnesota.
Clarke MacArthur also had a goal for the Senators. Anderson earned his second shutout this season and the 28th of his career.
Niklas Backstrom made 14 saves for Minnesota.
The Wild have outshot their opponents in all 12 games this season, but they’ve lost their past two.
