St Lucia is experiencing a rise in Covid-19 cases.
As of April 10, the island has just over 23,000 cases with 54 active cases presently.
SAINT LUCIA RECORDS 21 NEW CASES OF COVID-19
On Friday April 15, the Ministry of Health confirmed 21 new cases of COVID-19 and nine recoveries. The number of active cases in country to date is 74.

The daily infection rate for the last 7 days is 5.3 per 100,000 population per day which represents a 123% increase from last week with a 6% average testing positivity rate and a transmission rate of 0.95.
The country noted a total of 366 covid-19 deaths.
There are 4 positive Covid-19 cases admitted at the respiratory hospital.
