Jamaican dancehall artist Tommy Lee Sparta has released a music video for the single “Outlaw” The video was directed by popular video director Wayne South and edited by WSM. Leroy Russell and Robert Graham of Dinearo UIM are the composers with production also by Leroy Russell along with Keona Williams, and Junior Fraser.
