June 23, 2022 | By Supa Pea | Costa Rico a south American country with a population of just over 5 million people, continues to host a number of reggae shows. The artistes include Anthony B, Christopher Martin, Chuck Fenda and Macka Diamond.
For more than two years, reggae fans have been bearing the thirst for authentic reggae vibes due to COVID- 19 restrictions. But, with the re-opening of the entertainment sector, artistes are giving their all in performance.
Recently, Dwayno Records in association with Peppers Club organized four shows- at four separate venues including Limon and San Jose the capital of Costa Rico.
The four artistes took on a task which was well received by the audience.
Macka Diamond who is well known for her hit song “Play Tune” was a firm favourite with other songs such as “Dye Dye” and “Wuk Off.”
Dwayno scored with his Spanish flavoured “Senorita” and “Vida” while Jamaican, Lynx Unruly came through well with “Dat Bad.” The other performers being King Blak from Panama and Jamaican- born US based Concrosses.
