50 CENT – BANKRUPTCY

50 cent southpaw

HARTFORD, Connecticut (AP) _ It’s more money than lots of people make in a single year: 72-thousand dollars. But for 50 Cent, that was what he’d been paying each month to maintain the more than eight-million-dollar home he owns in Connecticut. These days, the rapper has fallen on lean times. He filed for bankruptcy after being ordered to pay seven-million dollars to a woman who sued him over the online release of a sex tape. The rapper is now trying to lease his Connecticut digs. But so far, no deal has been reached on the property.
