Supermarkets Mask Up Against COVID-19

As the COVID-19 pandemic is in full gear … employers and employees have had to make adjustments. This new Progressive Groceries outlet along Constant Spring Road, bear to the tax office, has been protecting all concerned. In Jamaica there has been a steady increase in recoveries from the COVID-19 pandemic. The statistics show a 34 percent of all confirmed cases have recovered.

Unfortunately there are nine (9) deaths. We regret these deaths. It could have been worst. We will continue to update you on the latest on this matter.

PM Holness has order the nation to relax the Work from Home protocol. Some 16,000 call centre workers are working from home. The Call Centre leadership would like an extension on this programme. Minister Vaz has promised to discuss the matter and get back to the companies.

We hope the economy will get back on target soon.
