Carla Seaga signs Condolence Book
It was a sombre mood as Mrs Carla Seaga the second wife of Mr. EDWARD PHILLIP GEORGE SEAGA. His first wife is Mitsy Seaga. They are both United in grief at his death. Carla’s daughter Gabrielle is beside her mother at the signing. (See picture).
Mrs Carla Seaga is a model of dignity. Grief is written over her face even as she shades her eyes.
Patriot
Mr. Seaga is seen as a visionary, nation builder and patriot. He was a man who impacted positively various aspects of national life and culture. He was brilliant and was a decisive leader.
PM Holness said he was a “hard taskmaster”.
Mr. Seaga will be accorded a state funeral on June 23 at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Roman Catholic church, North Street, Kingston, Jamaica.W.I.
Hopeton O’Connor-Dennie will represent Vision Newspaper at the State Funeral.
