COUPLES TOWER ISLE RESORT HOSTS MEXICAN THEMED SUPERBOWL PARTY FOR ITS GUESTS

On Super Bowl Sunday, guests at the Couples Tower Isle Resort in St Mary, Jamaica did not miss home as the resort treated them to a Super Bowl night with the game showing a large LED screen by the poolside. 

Executive Chef Valentine Mckenzie has been doing the Super Bowl dinner and buffets at Couples Tower Isle since 2012. He decided to go with a barbecue-styled Mexican theme for the night. The menu included steak, tacos, tortillas, various sausages, spicy barbecue ribs, Spanish rice, Southern fried chicken, roast pork, and lots more for almost 400 guests. 

Miss Alexandra Ghisays, The PR Manager for Couples Tower Isle says “With the Super Bowl being among the world’s most-watched single sporting events, and frequently commanding the largest audience among all American broadcasts during the year, Couples Tower Isle makes Super Bowl Sunday extra special for our guests.” 

The state-of-the-art LED screen was provided by Drop Di Bass Entertainment and the feed was coordinated by Sheldon Anglin the System Administrator for Couples Tower Isle.
