Flo Rida Loses $170K In Real Estate Scam
After attempting to purchase the home from Florida couple Pierre and Marie Malette in 2009, Flo Rida today claims the two never closed the deal, having ran off with $170,000 of his hard earned money, according to TMZ.
As Flo has it, he handed over the money as a down payment, but the Malettes never signed over the house, leaving their buyer without a home and without his loot.
Albeit Flo is not upset about the house, he is still concerned with getting his money back.
The Malettes have since filed for bankruptcy, while Flo filed a claim in their case demanding his $170K.
