LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Canadian pop-star Justin Bieber will be back on stage at the Video Music Awards. M-T-V says The Beebs will be showing off his newest song “What Do You Mean” at Sunday’s event at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles. Bieber last took the stage at the V-M-A’s in 2010 _ when he performed a medley of his hits “Baby,” ”Somebody to Love“ and ”U Smile.“ Other confirmed performers on the V-M-A’s include Pharrell Williams, The Weeknd, Demi Lovato, Tori Kelly, A$AP Rocky, Twenty One Pilots and the rap duo, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.
