New date for ZJ Wah Wa to plea guilty

Popular ZIP FM radio personality ZJ Wah Wa, has entered into a plea agreement with American federal prosecutors changing his plea from not guilty to guilty.

The 24-year-old, whose given name is Deon-Ville O’Hara, has been charged with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 30 years per count.

He is scheduled to be back in court on Oct. 24th 2014.
