Hockey Success

The fact that in 1993 we entered a sport which is not very well known to us Jamaicans speaks volumes of our attitude to try new things and not to take the view that we cannot do so.

Cool Runnings

That initiative really put Jamaica on the bobsleigh map. It was unheard of that a little known tropical country would dare to try such a new sport.

We congratulate the Jamaicans on their victory in the LATHAM Cup.  A Jamaican is one of the greatest people in the world.

Poetic Commentary

I am a born Jamaican
Who originate from Reggaeland
Not ashamed of my pigmentation
But instead my contribution…
To building this great nation

Amen!

Commentary

The world must continue to stop and look up at us. We little but we tallawah. We also produced the fastest man and woman in the world in Usain Bolt and Shelly-Ann Fraser Pryce. We say no more.
