Sister, brother in Jamaica face hearing in quadruple homicide
KINGSTON, Jamaica(AP) _ Authorities in Jamaica say a woman and her brother charged in the fatal shooting of three teenage boys and a man in the island’s central region will have their first court hearing.
Police say 21-year-old Sabrina Corrier and 27-year-old Jermaine Turner are scheduled to appear in court Monday. Officials said in a statement Friday that they are charged with four counts of murder, robbery with aggravation, and illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Police have said the boys were walking along a road last month when the suspects pushed them into the apartment of accounting clerk Marquis Hamilton. Authorities said they all were shot after the suspects’ demands were not met.
