50-Cent 5 million

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) _ A woman who won a five-million dollar judgment against 50 Cent wants to be allowed to take her case forward in spite of 50 Cent‘s bankruptcy filing. A lawyer for Lastonia Leviston has filed a motion asking a U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Connecticut for relief from an automatic stay issued as a result of Monday’s bankruptcy filing. The motion accuses 50 Cent of filing for Chapter 11 protection on Monday to avoid testifying in Leviston’s case. A jury ruled on Friday that 50 Cent must pay Leviston for releasing a sex tape she made with her boyfriend without her permission.
