DMX – SENTENCE
BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) _ D-M-X is in a western New York jail for failing to pay child support. He’s been sentenced to six months in the slammer. The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says the rapper was placed in a county holding centre in Buffalo yesterday. A spokesman for the New York City Sheriff’s Office tells WPIX-TV that D-M-X was arrested right before his scheduled performance at Radio City Music Hall on June 26th for several “issues outstanding.” Those issues include 400-thousand dollars worth of unpaid child support.
