Ceasefire In Middle East Conflict

We note the ceasefire today May 20, 2021 between Hamas and Israel. We hope it holds.

Death Toll

Our latest figures show a death toll of 250 on Hamas side.  Twelve for Israel. The figures speak for themselves. This as was stated before in Vision Newspaper has been a lopsided war.  Hamas is no match for a he military might of Israel.  For example avpicture on YouTube shows an iron dome intercepting a rocket fired by Hamas. So not all the rockets fired by Hamas went anywhere. Food for thought.

Commentary

It is clear that a military solution on the part of Hamas is virtually impossible. The negotiating table has to be where another type of war … the war of words need to be fought.

We are delighted at this new development. As stated above, the parties need to get to the negotiating table and talk. Bloodshed solves nothing. Only suffering and heartache is caused.
