Konsequence Musik Group alive and kicking with ‘Life To Live’ Riddim
Canadian-based label, Konsequence Musik Group has already seen a lively response to their newly-released project, the Life To Live Riddim.
The compilation features singles such as Turn To Jah by Khago, Something New by Jahvinci, Reason To Love by Jahmiel, Stack Pile by I-Octane and Do The Maths by four-time Juno winner, Exco Levi as well as singles from Konsequence Musik artists such as Starface with Focus; Tuff Krakaz with Satisfy and Ice Cold with Life to Live.
Officially released in April 2016, the project has already garnered much buzz, with songs off the project racking up over 300,000 views on YouTube, with Jahmiel and Jahvinci particularly attracting interest on the video-sharing hub, each with over 50,000 and 30,000 views respectively. Additionally, Starface’s single on the rhythm, as well as Quick Cook’s View My Life and Bryka’s I’ll Be That Man have been getting significant radio play.
The early success of the Life To Live Riddim follows the successful release of the True Colours Riddim which included singles from Jahmiel, Quick Cook, 3 Star and more. That project made waves worldwide, particularly in the United Kingdom, where it topped numerous charts.
The Life To Live Riddim offers a more cultural feel; the nature of the singles addressing various topics, including money making, love and spirituality. The compilation is available on all major digital music platforms, including iTunes.
