Meek Mills denied bail
PHILADELPHIA (AP) _ A judge has refused Meek Mill’s request to be released from jail. Philadelphia Common Pleas Judge Genese Brinkley says she wants Mill to grow and get to the next level of his career, but she can’t do that with him thumbing his nose at her. She ordered Mill to take an anger management class for what prosecutors say was a parole office tantrum over travel restrictions and a Twitter rant aimed at a parole officer and prosecutor. Brinkley jailed Mill last month on a parole violation from a 2009 drug and gun conviction
