In Jamaica, some 3,160 persons have died from COVID-19 related illnesses. Worldwide, the figure is 6.35 million deaths.

One man who has cheated death is Ewart “Junior” Burton. This has led to “So Amazing” a song by Chris Thomas, The CEO, ft. Good Gal Elliot.

According to Burton, “This is God’s will that a call from Chris should have re-united us. It’s a miracle that I am alive.”

Burton’s heart- rending story has led co-producer Chris Thomas The CEO, I.W.A.A.D. Music LLC to include the song on his latest Project CEO.

Burton took on the responsibility of treating families with COVID-19 and became a victim.

“I was admitted to hospital diagnosed with COVID-19 and pneumonia. I became so sick, I had to go on a ventilator, but decided to go home. Luckily, I had a daughter who is a registered nurse and she worked tirelessly to help me.

“I had not called Chris for the last ten years and when I broke my near- death experience to him, the words from his mouth were, ‘So Amazing.”

“He (Chris) requested one of my music tracks which turn out  to be ‘Happy’ by Richie Stephens ft. Good Boy Elliot.”

Stunned by its quality, Chris forwarded a demo of the song and within minutes history was created.”

Burton has been involved in the entertainment business for over 30 years.
