Reverend Al Miller Fined One Million Dollars Jamaican …

The reverend Al Miller was fined one million dollars Jamaican or alternately to serve one month in jail for being found guilty for perverting the course of justices by Parish Judge Simone Wolfe- Reece today Thursday at about noon time today.

Attorney Jacqueline Samuels Brown pleaded with the Judge not to send Miller to prison.

Perspective

A large crowd estimated to be about 300 mostly of Miller’s supporters gathered outside the Half-Way-Tree Court House to witness the hearing …police detachment stood by. There was no,reported violence. Some wept openly. Normally detached but tears almost blinded my eyes as I penned by this report. It was extremely difficult to remain composed in the wake of the fine imposed.

A vendor gathered, who gave her name as Mary said “This is raw politics”

His lawyer said he (Miller) “was a patriot and acted with the knowledge of the then Police Commissioner Ellington”

See subsequent information on case later.
