Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, Hon. Babsy Grange (third left) presents a miniature statue of cultural icon, Louise Bennett-Coverley to Director of the Institute of Gender and Development Studies at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Professor Opal Palmer. The presentation was made at the Stand Up! Talk Up! Youth Conference at The Knutsford Court Hotel in New Kingston on Monday (December 9).
