Toronto Raptors find $25,000 by NBA for Drake trying to Recruit Kevin Durant at OVO Fest in Toronto

The Toronto Raptors have been fined $25,000 for comments made by official brand Ambassador Drake at his annual OVO festival held on August 3rd and 4th 2014. Drake got the crowd to chant “KD” at the end of his concert to show the soon to be free agent how much the fans like him and what kind of excitement would be generated if he were to bring his talents to Toronto once he becomes a free agent in the summer of 2015.
