NEW YORK (AP) _ “Empire” is back _ and so are viewers. The latest Nielsen ratings say the season premiere last week drew 16.2 million viewers. What makes that even more important to Fox is that half of the viewers were in the 18-to-49 year old age group advertisers just adore. No other scripted show last week drew as many as 6 million in that same age group. Overall CBS remains the network leader.
