Jamaican PM Andrew Holness Sends New Year Greetings

Jamaica’s Prime Minister Hon. Andrew Holness has released a video sharing his New Year Greetings. In it he states:
“We give God thanks for sparing our lives to see 2023, and we give thanks for the lives of loved ones and other great Jamaicans who transitioned last year.”

He goes on to say “We embrace the New Year with optimism and positive energy, knowing that our earnest efforts will determine the success we make of the time given to us.”
The Prime Minister shares some of the things that his Government has accomplished in 2022 and his continued efforts to make Jamaica a better place for the New Year.

“We welcome 2023 and thank Almighty God for all his blessings and for shepherding Jamaica through a very challenging 2022. We look forward to all the opportunities the New Year presents with a spirit of hope, optimism, determination and faith. Hardships there are, but the land is green and the sun shineth.
