Kimberly Williams Wins Gold in the Triple Jump at the 2014 Common Wealth Games in Glasgow
Jamaica’s Kimberly Williams jumped 14.21m today to win the gold medal in the women’s triple jump at the 20th Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland today.
An elated Williams expressed that she was very happy for her win and that she felt no pressure while competing in triple jump event.
“I’m really happy for this. There was no pressure, I put that on myself always because I want to do well.”
Jamaica’s Shenieka Thomas, 13.85m (4th).
