LIONEL RICHIE GETS BLASTED WITH “HELLO”
LONDON (AP) _ Lionel Richie knows that fans will sing along at his concerts. What he never expected is that it’s a roar _ and it’s for his slow songs. Richie says the biggest one is “Hello.” He says when he gets to the chorus, he can just drop the microphone and stop singing. He says “Say You, Say Me” gets so loud it’s like a chant at a soccer match. He loves it. Richie says if the fans know the songs, he knows the concerts will be good.
