Minister Grange said she was grateful for the opportunity to also share Jamaica’s policy positions and programmes relating to culture with the rest of the Caribbean and Latin America.

Close on the heels of her recently well deserved award for her contribution to Reggae Music …Minister Grange is off to Paraguay to explore opportunities for further personal development for employment and to offer services of a cultural nature.

Culture Minister Grange is eminently qualified in this regard which gives us much satisfaction and confidence.

We look forward to your return soon, better equipped to offer continued sound cultural leadership as an iconic cultural ambassador.

Ride on your majesty Minister “Babsy” Grange.
