New Police Station Opened in St. Andrew, Jamaica

Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness recently introduced the opening of a new police station in the community of Olympic Gardens in his Constituency of West Central St. Andrew. The Prime Minister lauded this new police station as a new opportunity of community development for his Constituency.
“The Olympic Gardens Police Station in my Constituency of West Central St. Andrew is officially open.
This modern, fit-for-purpose structure has been designed to be much more welcoming and friendly to the Olympic Gardens community and surrounding communities.
This facility includes a criminal investigations branch office, traffic unit, cell block, kitchen, dining, bathroom facilities, and a homework/internet café for community members, among other amenities
The new Olympic Gardens Police Station symbolizes our commitment to improving the capacity and capability of the country’s security architecture” said the Jamaican Prime Minister Hon. Andrew Holness.
