OMI’S “CHEERLEADER” IS BILLBOARD’S SONG OF THE SUMMER
LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Billboard has declared Omi’s (OH’-mees) “Cheerleader” the song of the summer. Billboard bases that on cumulative performance on the Billboard Hot 100 chart from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Last week, Spotify declared The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face” as the song of the summer, based on streams on its service in the U.S.
