Serena Williams, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray highlight Day 4 of the U.S. Open
Top seeded Serena Williams has easily advanced to the third round of the U.S. Open with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Vania King. Eighth-seeded Ana Ivanovic (ee-VAH’-noh-vich), who had been having her best season since winning the French Open in 2008, lost to Karolina Pliskova 7-5, 6-4 in the second round. Canadians Eugenie (yoo-JEE’-nee) Bouchard and Milos Raonic (MEE’-lohsh RAH’-ah-nitch) are in action later today.
