Melloy Distributors Limited & Lloyd Sales Hardware have erected this massive building estimated to cost some J$50 million conservatively. Located on Red Hills Road, St. Andrew, Jamaica W.I.

The banner painted in bright yellow a top one of the mini towers reads “OPENING SOON.”

Infrastructure works like the installation of windows and doors and other vital fixtures are yet to be completed so as to allow for removal to this new premises. The building consist of 5 mini two storey towers with a sixth which is of three storeys and an underground garage or storage area.
