RDX Shells first US College Tour

RDX NewKingston Jamaica, April 25, 2016 They are just a little over half way through their first US College tour and already negotiations have started with party shellaz – RDX, for next year’s tour which is expected to be bigger and better.

The successful US based college tour began in March and will continue until the end May 2016, with stops at 12 colleges. A number of additional colleges have however shown interest and the Duo could be looking at extending the tour past the May 31st end date.

RDX performing 2The performances, which take place mostly on the weekends, have so far lit up colleges like; Penn State University in Pennsylvania and North Eastern University in Boston among others. RDX Song favorites on the tour include;Bend Over, Jump, Kotch, Ride It and Lose Yourself, which are the preferred among the college crowd in the US.

“We have become known for being professional in our business matters while delivering an awesome show on stage; this is why we are constantly called for opportunities like these overseas.” Renigade explained

“RDX has nine number one songs and numerous other hits which translate to an extensive catalog. RDX is the king of girl songs and most of the college campuses are female dominated so do the maths.” Delomar added

RDX performingThis is the first time RDX has embarked on such an extensive US College Tour, even though they have performed at colleges before. As with previous sojourns, the duo is thoroughly enjoying the experience of performing directly for this young vibrant US college crowd.

“Its crazy non stop energy. We spend up to an hour after the show taking pics with the excited students from various cultures. It’s a great experience.” Renigade inserted

RDX has also released brand new singles poised to stream heavily into the summer; a slower recording called ‘Footprints’ produced byReckit Ralf Music was recently released and trending. A music video for this weed inspired single directed by Wade Rhoden will be released early next month.

The Duo is also extremely excited about their brand new girl’s anthem, a high energy track called ‘Waistline Talk’ produced by Black Sheep Music. The track flows into the same vein as those songs that have cemented their mark on the girl segment in dancehall.

“We give variety to the music we release, songs with messages, party songs etc, and we always ensure we satisfy the ladies desire for music to make them go wild, Waistline Talk is that song for Summer 2016 and beyond” Renigade commented.

The duo is set to perform next at St John’s University in Queens on April 29 and Oswego University in New York on April 30 as their US College Tour continues.
