Beenie heads East
Grammy winner Beenie Man is scheduled to perform in Israel next month, the latest Jamaican act to perform in the Middle East country.
He is down to perform at the Barby in the capital Tel Aviv on November 28.
The Jewish state has quietly been one of reggae’s emerging markets in the last decade.
Yellowman, Israel Vibration, Ziggy Marley and American reggae rapper are some of the artistes who have performed in Israel.
Most of the shows take place in Tel Aviv.
