Canadian Detained in Teheran
Prof Homa … a Canadian”I am an anthropologist …
I used my toothbrush to write on the walks of my cell. She was in solitary confinement in Teheran. The Canadian nation accused of being a spy. I was not physically assaulted.
I was heart broken … I am 65 years old …I don’t care about dying. They focus on physiological warfare”. Asked if Canada swapped someone for her release. The Anthropologist said: “As far as I know there was no deal. They insist that I go to a hairdresser … my hair was dyed. Obviously, they wanted me to look good for my release.”
Would you return to Tehran?
PH: “I would not return … I am broken hearted.” She broke her sence as ahe spoje to the CBC from Montreal.
