“I am deeply concerned by the number of Jamaicans killed on our roads. Safety on our roads is our responsibility.
I am making a special plea to all Jamaican drivers and motorcyclists to slow down! I also implore passengers and pedestrians to play their parts in maintaining road safety.
Not observing the rules of the road could cost you your life and that of your loved ones. This Christmas season, I strongly encourage all road users to take special care as we use public thoroughfares.”
