To walk by faith and not by sight. All are respected … celebrated.
The transition from President Elect to the White House as the 46th President of the United States is well on the way for Joe Biden and VP Elect Kamala Harris.
On November 25th the President Elect and VP Elect spoke to the Amercican people via a televised press conference.
They spoke about several topics including Covid-19, Thanksgiving, the future of America and the need to unite all Americans. Here are a few highlights of Kamala Harris’ speech.
Kamala Harris
Donald Trump – “We are a nation that is greiving …this is not an equal opportunity provider. Racism, excessive use of force by law enforcement agencies is not acceptable.”
“There is no vaccine for racism. We got to do the work for George Floyd.”
“Joe will ease your challenges. Joe will bring us together. Build a society that will be strong. This vision will make the average American feel proud with a real promise. We will act boldly. We will stand together for our future. Postal workers, truck drivers, nurses all working for people they not even know. You can depend on us. You are Patriots. We are all in the fight. Let’s fight with you.” Kamala Harris.
“God bless the United States of America”
Personal
As a Jamaican I am very proud that this educated lawyer and former state prosecutor, Kamala Harris will make history as the first female VP come January 21, 2021. Trump by then will be history. We will shed no tears. We hope black lives will matter more then in the USA.
We wish President-elect Joe Biden and VP-Elect Kamala Harris all the success as they lead the USA in 2021.
