B.B. KING – AIDE SUES

LAS VEGAS (AP) _ A former personal aide to B.B. King is suing three of King’s daughters over their allegations that their father was poisoned. Myron Johnson’s lawsuit accuses Karen Williams, Patty King and Rita Washington of defamation, slander, libel and conspiracy. Patty King declined comment, and Williams did not respond to requests for comment. Washington says she has not seen the lawsuit but she thinks it stems from a dispute between Williams and Johnson, who are half siblings. Johnson is not B.B. King’s son but he worked for him. Officials say B.B. King’s death in May was due to age and Type 2 diabetes.
