Dancehall Artiste “PROSPEC” intends to become one of the “Hall of Famers”

Jamaican born entertainer ‘PROSPEC’ who hails from the concrete jungle of Kingston 13, but spent his better years in the sunshine city of Waterford, Portmore , home to some of the greatest dancehall and reggae artistes through the years, PROSPEC intends to become one of the “Hall of Famers” . PROSPEC having been introduced to music at the tender age of 6 years old has been creating and producing music professionally for over 20 years now.

The “Cut Your Losses” DJ has collaborated with top names such as “Macka Diamond , Munga Honorable , THURTEEN13 and TK just to name  few. PROSPEC also has singles like ‘Cornmeal Dumplin’ on the dumpling riddim featuring “TK” under his belt, with his latest release titled “Choppist” is currently on his youtube channel @prospecvevo. The collaboration with ‘Munga Honorable’ was orchestrated by close friend both artiste “Hotta Blaxx” [Hot New DJ for Metro Media Sound System]. The collaboration is set to be released on April 9th. When asked what inspired the song the artiste had this to say “Well I told Munga that I wanted to do a song for the ladies, he agreed and the rest was history”. The track was produced by “Schematic” however the rhythm was created was created by ‘JA Beats’ out of Gambia, Africa.

Having been inspired by Godfathers in Dancehall such as Ninja Man and Bounty Killa, PROSPEC eagerly let his fans know that they can expect “… nothing but consistency, professionalism and good music to come”. With that promise the entertainer shared that he’s currently working on his debut album “Still Naah Laugh” that will be released later this year.
