All the world is watching repeated sever times. The response of the world is heartening to the family. George Floyd was for peace. Let take a breath for peace. Use your voice in a peaceful way. He recognized all the others killed in Texas in Kentucky New York, let’s take a breath for Rodney King, Trayvon Martin, for all who were marginalized. They are human beings and children of God. All died unjustly.

Charges Laid

Keith Ellison, Minnesota attorney General. “These charges are in the interest of Justice”. You need to sit with your police department to see changes in the law to be changed. We are also looking at a civil rights violation investigation.

Arrested are Thomas Lane 37, J. Alexander krueng, 26 who helped to restrain George Floyd and Tou Thao 34 who could be seen standing nearby but did nothing to stop the assault by Derek Chauvin his colleague. This trio have not been charged with “aiding and abetting” at the second degree. Derek was charged for 3rd degree now upgraded to 2nd degree murder & manslaughter. Chauvin is in custody at Oak Park Correctional Facility on a bail bond of $1 million dollars. Also the other 3 cops are set at $1 million each. Aiding and abetting can get up to 40 years in goal.

Aiding and abetting at the 2nd degree. The other three officers charged may not get bail not so easily.

In the 2nd degree charge you do not have to prove intent. This carries 25 years.

The new evidence was significant.

Reaction from the family. If they find more evidence is found or if they see more evidence the charges could be upgraded.

There is a feeling that police has not been held accoutable in the past. A G stated. If that 17 year old girl did not take that video nothing would have happened.
