Warrant Issued For Damon Dash’s Arrest
A Manhattan Supreme Court Judge has ordered ordered an arrest warrant for Damon Dash for owing more than $340,000 to ex-wife Rachel Roy, Bossip reports.
The site states that Roy’s attorney, Donnell Suares, claims Dash owes $91,249 in back child support, school and camp fees, and another $250,750 in debts.
Supreme Court Judge Matthew Cooper has reportedly ordered that Dash either pay Roy $341,999.16 or be arrested.
Dash did not attend the hearing.
Last week, TMZ reported that Dame Dash is suing Rachel Roy for breach of contract and interfering with cash distributions due to him.
