Stonebwoy Rocks SummerJam Festival in Germany with Alkaline, Ziggy Marley , Konshens, Tarrus Riley,Black Prophet & Others
The 33rd annual Summerjam Festival which was held in Cologne, Germany at the shores of Fühlinger Lake saw thrilling performances from various music greats across the world.
The 3day festival which is marked as the biggest ever in Europe commences annually on 6th July and ends on the 8th . This year’s edition witnessed a mammoth audience who travelled from all walks of life to catch the exciting performance from the artiste line up for the event.
On the green stage on 6th July saw Kenya born Germany based dancehall diva Treesha and musical group Querbeat who opened the show with a thrilling performance to the gratification of patrons.
At exactly 9 P.M. , Ghana’s greatest reggae and dancehall export Stonebwoy took over the stage with his protégé Kelvynboy.
The African dancehall “Hero” on several international platforms, has demonstrated and ascertained he is one of the best live performers in the world witnessing the annihilating energy packed artistry Stonebwoy paraded at the SummerJam Festival.
Bawasaba, Mama, Go higher, Pepper Dem, Hero, People Dey and other songs from his Epistles of Mama album were sang and performed to the gratification of patrons by Stonebwoy.
Other artistes who graced the green stage included; Marteria,Naäman, Charley Black, Christopher Martins,Miwata,Ganjaman,Sebast ian Sturm, Jugglers Sound and others.
However, Ghana’s international reggae singer Black Prophet shared the red stage with Tarrus Riley, Ziggy Marley, Alkaline, Konshens, Jamiel, Gentleman music group and others.
Stonebwoy is currently in Switzerland embarking on his
Epistles of Mama World Tour.
