Commentary
To want to disposses poor black people who have already suffered from the dehumanizing slave trade that was abolished 1865 is immoral if not illegal.
If you are not connected to sewer, how can you be charged for same?
Whites better be careful how they treat poor people of colour.
This story shows how people of power prey on the powerless. As a media we must stand up for the weak and the voiceless.
