PHILADELPHIA (AP) _ The students at a Philadelphia high school finally are able to use the studio Canadian rapper Drake helped to build. Drake donated 75-thousand dollars to Strawberry Mansion High School to create the studio after seeing an A-B-C News program about the school. The studio was built last summer, but there wasn’t a teacher to oversee it until now. Students started composing in the studio last month. Principal Linda Wayman says budget problems and the school’s reputation for violence made it hard to find an instructor
